New Jersey Ramen

It's been a few months since I've been to Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai so I decided to go today. They are located inside a Ranch 99 supermarket in Jersey City, NJ.  As their name says, they specialize in Kitakata style ramen and are a very famous chain in Japan. They also have 2 shops in CA and one in IL. I think they are working on a new shop in NYC as well.
今日は数ヶ月ぶりにジャージーシティーにある喜多方ラーメン阪内に行ってきました。Ranch 99 と言うアジアンスーパー内のフードコートにあります。日本でも有名ですがアメリカではニュージャージー 以外にカリフォルニアに２軒、イリノイに１軒、あとはマンハッタンにも近々開店する予定のようです。

I never tried this before, so I ordered the Mixed Boiled Vegetable Shio Ramen today ($9.95).  It's got lots of vegetables and also their signature chashu. 

Same home made thick flat noodles that Kitakata ramen is known for. 

I also ordered the small chicken karaage bowl. So full. ミニ唐揚げ丼も注文　お腹いっぱいだ。
