Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen.　Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Today I visited Tenichi Ramen in the Cobble Hill area of Brooklyn. They have their original shop in Park Slope and this is their second shop. Since I tried their signature Tenichi Ramen (tonkotsu) in the Park Slope shop previously, I decided to try the Tan Tan Ramen.
