Ramen Lab this month, spicy ramen menus from Brooklyn Ramen!!
今月のラーメンラボはブルックリンラーメンのスパイシーラーメン４種類！！

I tried the Spicy Shoyu Ramen today! Comes with big pork spare rib (tender and very good!), memma (bamboo shoots), naruto, nori (seaweed), and scallions.
今日はスパイシー醤油ラーメンをいただきました。でかい豚のスペアリブ(柔らかくて美味い）、メンマ、なると、海苔とネギがついてきます。

Very good shoyu soup with thin noodles. Good garlic flavor and good amount of spiciness.
ニンニクの効いた醤油スープに細麺、辛さも思ったより辛くて美味しかったです。
I added an egg too.  Eggcellent. 味玉追加しました。

They will be serving this until February 3!
今月は2月3日までです！
In addition to Spicy Shoyu, they have Spicy Miso, Tonkotsu and Vegan!
醤油意外に味噌、豚骨、ビーガンのスパイシーラーメンのチョイス！！
