Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖
アメリカでは豚骨の事をなぜか”とんかつ”という人がたくさんいます。。気になってしょうがない。トンコツって覚えてちょうだい!!

Kodawari Ramen - Paris, France
Kodawari Ramen - Paris, France
Serving different ramen in Paris, France. The restaurant interior is amazing, reminds you of 70's Japan. You can feel the love for Ramen and Japan.
I tried the Niboshi Paitan Ramen which is chicken paitan and niboshi (dried sardine) broth ramen.
