Authentic ramen shop in the Lower East Side, NYC, owned by the famous chef Shigetoshi Nakamura.

The Torigara Shoyu is excellent combination of light chicken broth shoyu soup with matching thin noodles.  Good flavored chashu (comes with 1 pc), very good textured and flavored memma.  Also comes with naruto, spinach, scallions and nori.

The only Kitakata style ramen in the Northeast. The homemade Kitakata style noodles are thicker than what you would normally see. It goes perfectly with their shoyu as well as the green chili shio soup. They are open from 10:30 am so one of the only places you can enjoy ramen in the morning.
