Serving authentic Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen. They also have some original unique ramen on their menu, such as the whipped cream ramen and macha ramen. Personally I'm not into those kind of ramen so I have never tried them but the tonkotsu ramen are authentic.

Features different pop-up ramen shops each month from around the world.  June 2017 shop is Yume Wo Katare from Boston, MA. The only Jiro-style ramen shop that I know of in the area.
